Features
This machine adopts CNC controllers, is equipped with Mitsubishi Servomotor and precision rack and comes with automatic feeding device. The glass cutting machine itself equips with conveyor belt for transferring glass to reduce the chances of glass scratching. After the cutting is completed, the glass is automatically delivered to breaking region for further cutting process. As a result, no idle time for breaking is required. The machine allows multiple cuttings and meets the massive amount, small amount, diverse and changing demands. It is the best money-making machine for glass industry and glass dealers.
The CNC controller is equipped with straight cutting setting software. It is easy to operate and convenient to adjust size quickly. There are both Chinese and English interfaces. With the setting software developed by Wu E Machinery, you can easily edit various types of irregular cutting drawings simply by creating CAD files. There is also optional imported auto-setting software which pairing with loaders to automatically determine and load original materials in different sizes for cutting (up to 10 regions). The time on self-containing glass is reduced and hence safety is enhanced.
All CNC models can come with optional optical edge finder system. For any irregular glasses, the user only needs to start the edge finder system and then cutting drawings can be imitated directly on cutting machine. It takes five minutes only and mould opening is not required. Customers can save considerable cost on mould opening. The storage area for moulds is not required and the cutting drawings can be saved permanently in intangible cutting file format.

- Cutter Holder： adopting precision pneumatic control; C-axial control rotation angle; with fast tool changing design.
- Method of Fuel Supply：automatic fuel device. Fuel is supplied at tool down and fuel supply stops when tool is up

Feeding Table
